Beaver County's Magisterial District Justices

Dale F. Nicholson, 36-3-01
Newly elected as a member of the Minor Judiciary in November, 2005, Dale F. Nicholson succeeds Magisterial District Judge John Armour, who served District 36-3-01 for three terms.
Mr. Nicholson is a graduate of New Brighton High School. He received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton in 1974. Prior to earning a Master's Degree in that same field of study in 1984 from Youngstown State University, he served as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Prior to being elected a Magisterial District Judge, Mr. Nicholson worked as a police officer for ther Borough of New Brighton for 26 years. His experience there included patrolman, sergeant and finally, concluding his law enforcement career as the Borough's Chief.
