Beaver County's Magisterial District Judges

C. Douglas Loughner, 36-3-02
Mr. Loughner became the Magisterial District Judge for District Court 36-3-02 on May 21, 1993, when he was appointed to the bench.  He was retained twice, in 1999 and in November, 2005.
Loughner is a graduate of Point Park University and the Pennsylvania State Police Academy. He has been active in non-profit and civic organizations for more than 20 years.
 
Mr. Loughner’s appointment and election to the Minor Judiciary followed 20 years of service with the Chippewa Police Department, including 17years as the Chief of Police. He and his family are residents of Chippew Township.
