Beaver County’s Magisterial District Judges
William R. Livingston, II, District 36-1-02
Magisterial District Judge William R. Livingston, II, took office on November 28, 2005, having been appointed by Governor Ed Rendell. Mr. Livingston was appointed to fill the unexpired term of former Magisterial District Judge Donald Eiler, who retired in January, 2005.
Prior to becoming a Magisterial District Judge, Mr. Livingston was a police officer for 33 years and for many years served as Chief of the Patterson Township Police Department. He is a past president of the Beaver Valley Chiefs of Police Association and received the Distinguished Service Award from that organization in 2003.
A 1969 graduate of Beaver Falls High School, Mr. Livingston attended the Community College of Beaver County and graduated from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy, where he received his Act 120 training.
