Beaver County’s Magisterial District Judges

James F. DiBenedetto, 36-1-03
A former member of the Aliquippa Police Department, James F. DiBenedetto has presided as the Magisterial District Judge for the City of Aliquippa since 1992 and was elected to his fourth term in November, 2009.
Mr. DiBenedetto is a graduate of Aliquippa High School and earned an Associate’s Degree from the Community College of Beaver County and both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
District Judge DiBenedetto is a past district president of both the Pennsylvania Special Court Judges Association and the Beaver County Special Court Judges Association. He has also served on the Ethics and Professionalism Committee, the Judiciary Committee and the Legislative Committee of Pennsylvania SCJA.
